Private wedding transportation on a vineyard road in Valle de Guadalupe

Valle de Guadalupe Wedding Transportation

A wine-country wedding means guests flying into San Diego, crossing into Baja, staying at hotels spread across the valley and leaving a venue late at night on unlit, often unpaved roads. We plan those movements together so the transportation follows your run of show.

Guest arrivals from San Diego

Many guests land at SAN and need to reach the valley the same day. Send us the arrival flights you know about and we will group them into practical departure waves — an SUV for a couple arriving alone, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for a cluster of guests on nearby flights — instead of one vehicle per person.

  • SAN pickups grouped by arrival time
  • Cross-border rides direct to valley hotels
  • Sprinter for up to 14 guests and luggage
  • Every guest carries their own travel documents

Hotel pickups and venue loops

Valley hotels are spread out. Share the hotel list and room-block counts with the ceremony time, and we will plan pickup order and timing to the venue. Your planner or venue coordinator remains responsible for venue access rules and on-site arrival instructions; we coordinate to them.

End-of-night returns

Share the expected end time and how many guests are returning to each hotel. We schedule return runs in waves, grouped by hotel, with the first vehicles staged before the last dance so guests leave on a planned timeline.

What we handle and what you handle

We provide the vehicles, chauffeurs and the transportation timeline. We do not book venues, hotels or wineries. Couples or planners supply the guest list, flights, hotels and run of show; guests are responsible for their own documents for Mexico and for re-entering the U.S.

How booking works

Send your pickup and drop-off, date, time and passenger count through the quote form or by phone. You see an itemized price — fare, 20% gratuity and any add-ons such as child seats — before anything is confirmed, with no metered fares or surge pricing. Online reservations are paid in full through secure checkout; once paid, the vehicle and chauffeur are held for your time slot and you receive written confirmation.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can you bring guests from San Diego Airport to Valle de Guadalupe?+

Yes. We group guests by arrival time and drive them directly from SAN to their valley hotel as a cross-border ride.

Do you shuttle guests between valley hotels and the venue?+

Yes. Send the hotel list, guest counts and ceremony time and we will plan pickup order and timing for each run.

How many guests fit in one vehicle?+

SUVs carry up to 6 passengers and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter up to 14. Larger weddings use several vehicles on a coordinated schedule.

Do you work with our wedding planner?+

Yes. We coordinate to the planner's run of show and venue instructions. We don't arrange venues, hotels or vendors ourselves.

Do guests need passports?+

Every guest is responsible for their own valid travel documents for Mexico and for U.S. re-entry. Check current requirements with the relevant authorities.
