A wine day in the valley is a chauffeured day, not a transfer. Your driver stays with you from pickup through the last winery and back home, which means nobody in your party has to decide who is driving. Roads between producers are often unpaved and poorly signed; the chauffeur handles that while you focus on the tastings and the meal in between.

Pickup is door to door from San Diego County, Los Angeles County, Tijuana or your hotel in Baja. Tell us which wineries and restaurants you want and we will sequence them so the driving between stops makes sense; if you would rather not plan it, tell us what you like and your group size and we will propose an itinerary. Winery tastings and restaurant tables usually require reservations, and we will tell you clearly which ones we can arrange and which you need to book directly.
Most valley trips start from a San Diego International (SAN) arrival or a hotel in San Diego, and flight-tracked pickups are included. Tijuana International (TIJ) is the closer airport for some travelers. Because the valley is roughly two hours out before any border wait, same-day fly-in-and-tour itineraries need an early arrival and a late departure to work comfortably.
We plan the day with a realistic return buffer, but border wait times are set by government authorities and vary, so we do not guarantee crossing times and never suggest that a private vehicle avoids customs or immigration procedures. Every passenger is responsible for their own documents.
