San Diego Wedding Transportation

Wedding transportation is logistics wearing a nice suit. The vehicles matter, but what actually decides whether it goes well is the schedule — who moves, from where, at what time, and who is responsible for the guests who miss it.

Three separate jobs, planned together

Getting the couple and wedding party to the venue calmly. Moving guests between hotel and venue in waves so nobody is stranded. And the departure at the end of the night, when people are tired and the schedule has already slipped. We plan all three as one timeline rather than three bookings, and build in the slack that every wedding needs.

  • Bridal party vehicles with room for dresses and garment bags
  • Guest shuttles in a 14-passenger Sprinter or charter coach
  • Repeat hotel-to-venue loops rather than a single one-way run
  • End-of-night departures scheduled with realistic timing

Venues across San Diego County

Coronado and the bayfront hotels, La Jolla's cliffside venues, Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe estates, Carlsbad and North County resorts, and downtown rooftop venues where guest parking is the real problem. Where a venue has a specific loading zone or arrival protocol, tell us or connect us with your coordinator and we'll follow it.

Cross-border and Baja weddings

Weddings in Rosarito and Valle de Guadalupe are increasingly common for San Diego couples, and guest transportation is the part that usually goes wrong. We move guests from San Diego hotels to a Baja venue and back in a single reserved vehicle, which is far more manageable than twenty guests self-driving unfamiliar roads. We plan departures with buffers and we don't make claims about border crossing duration.

Working with your planner

Send us the run sheet or put your coordinator in touch. We'd rather have the full timeline than a pickup time, because we can usually spot the point where the schedule breaks — most often the gap between ceremony end and reception start.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you provide guest shuttles as well as bridal party vehicles?+

Yes. A Sprinter or charter coach running repeat loops between hotel and venue is usually the most reliable setup.

Can you handle a wedding in Rosarito or Valle de Guadalupe?+

Yes — cross-border weddings are one of our specialities, moving guests from San Diego and back.

How many vehicles will we need?+

It depends on guest count, venue distance and how tight the timeline is. Send your run sheet and we'll tell you honestly.

How far in advance should we book?+

As early as you can. Saturday dates in peak season go first, particularly for larger vehicles.

Can you work directly with our wedding coordinator?+

Yes, and we prefer it. Put us in touch and we'll coordinate the timeline directly.
