Valle de Guadalupe → San Diego

Valle de Guadalupe to San Diego Transportation

The return from wine country is the leg people forget to plan. Valley roads are unlit and largely unpaved, the drive to the border is long, and after a day of tastings nobody in the group should be behind a wheel.

Winery and valley hotel pickups

We collect from wineries, restaurants and the valley's boutique hotels — the properties along the Ruta del Vino and the smaller places off it. Valley addresses are often imprecise, so send a pin or the winery name and your chauffeur will confirm the meeting point with you the day before rather than circling dirt roads at dusk.

Room for what you bought

Guests routinely leave the valley with cases rather than bottles. Our SUVs and the Sprinter have the cargo room for it, and the chauffeur will load and secure them. Personal import allowances are set by U.S. Customs and Border Protection — check their current guidance before you buy, as it isn't something we can advise on.

  • Cargo space for multiple cases of wine
  • Route north via the coast or the Tecate crossing as conditions suit
  • Direct to SAN, downtown San Diego, North County or Los Angeles
  • Late-evening departures after dinner service

Overnight stays and next-day returns

The most comfortable version of a valley trip is dinner and a night at a valley hotel, with the return the following afternoon. We'll hold the vehicle and chauffeur for the next-day pickup, which also means nobody is watching the clock through the last tasting.

How booking works

Send your pickup and drop-off, date, time and passenger count through the quote form or by phone. You get a flat, all-in figure back before anything is confirmed — no metered fares and no surge pricing. Once you approve it, the vehicle and chauffeur are held for your time slot and you receive written confirmation with your driver's details.

Yes — our SUVs and the Sprinter have cargo space for multiple cases. Check current U.S. Customs allowances yourself before purchasing.

Can we return the next day after an overnight stay?+

Yes. We'll hold the vehicle and chauffeur for a next-day pickup at your valley hotel.
