Terms of Service

By booking a ride with MexLuxRides, you agree to these terms. Reservations are confirmed by email and SMS. Quoted prices are all-inclusive of gratuity, taxes, and fees unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations made 4 or more hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 4 hours are billed in full. Damage to vehicle interiors is billed at cost plus loss-of-use.

Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conduct. Lost items may be returned at the requester's expense.
