What a corporate account gets you

A standing arrangement rather than a booking each time: consolidated billing instead of per-ride receipts, traveller profiles so a repeat executive gets the same vehicle preference without restating it, and a direct line for the assistant doing the booking. Conventions and multi-vehicle movements

San Diego runs on conventions, and a large delegation needs more than one car. We coordinate multi-vehicle arrivals at the Convention Center and downtown hotels, and can run a Sprinter or charter coach for a whole team rather than a convoy of SUVs. Group and charter transportation is quoted by phone so we can confirm real availability for your dates before you commit.

Cross-border corporate travel

This is where we differ from a standard San Diego operator. Manufacturing, medical device and supplier operations in Otay Mesa and Tijuana mean regular binational movement, and our bilingual chauffeurs run those routes constantly. We plan departures with a buffer and we don't make claims about crossing duration or customs procedure — those are outside our control and outside our expertise.

Airport and roadshow work

Flight-tracked SAN pickups for inbound clients and candidates, LAX transfers when a schedule demands it, and hourly charters for roadshow days where the vehicle waits between meetings. Itineraries are given to the chauffeur in advance so nobody is reading an address off a phone at the curb.
